Refund Policy
Published and effective on August 31, 2025
1. Our Promise (Goodwill Guarantee)
If you subscribe to any Infoplug plan and use up to 10% of the plan’s credits but aren’t happy, we’ll issue a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Who’s eligible
Applies to any paid plan (monthly or yearly).
Your account’s credit usage for the current billing cycle must be ≤ 10% of the credits included in that plan.
Applies to the most recent payment on the account.
How to request (Goodwill Guarantee)
Email support@infoplug.io from the email linked to your account.
Include your account email and invoice/receipt ID (if available).
Once we verify usage is within 10%, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
This goodwill policy operates in addition to your legal rights below and does not limit them.
2. Paddle Is Our Merchant of Record
Infoplug uses Paddle to process payments. As the seller for your purchase, Paddle handles statutory cancellations, subscription cancellations, and any refunds to your original payment method. (See Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.)
3. Your Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts the day after your transaction is completed.
To meet the deadline, you only need to send your cancellation request before the 14th day expires.
How to exercise this right
For fastest processing, contact Paddle Buyer Support and request cancellation of your order (include your order number and purchase email). Paddle will acknowledge receipt without delay.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel within 14 days as above, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method and without fees.
4. Important Legal Exceptions
Your 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to products you have already benefited from. (Example: if you choose immediate access to credits/digital content and begin using them, this exception can apply.)
5. Subscriptions & Renewals

The 14-day right to cancel applies to the initial subscription only, not to each automatic renewal.

To stop renewal, contact Paddle at least 48 hours before the current billing period ends; cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds for unused subscription periods once a term has started.
6. Paddle’s General Refund Policy (Outside Statutory Rights)
Outside the 14-day consumer right (and outside goods that are not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose), refunds are at Paddle’s discretion and may be refused in cases of fraud or abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
