You may only use the data obtained via Infoplug in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection laws like GDPR or CCPA. We are not responsible for how you use third-party data.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, especially in the event of abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges. No refunds will be issued for unused credits or early cancellations unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infoplug is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All Infoplug branding, software, and documentation remain our intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
